Shipping Policy

At Jellyleaf Cannabis, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every order is properly prepared and packaged.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day and shipped out the next business day after processing.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day and will ship the next business day.

• Please allow one full business day for order processing before your order is shipped.

• Weekend orders: Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day and are expected to ship on Monday, provided there are no circumstances outside of our control that cause a delay.

• Orders placed on holidays or during periods when shipping carriers are closed may be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we make every effort to meet our shipping timelines, Jellyleaf Cannabis is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control. This may include carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of Jellyleaf Cannabis’s control.

Important Note

The processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time. Shipping begins once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. The estimated delivery date will depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

By placing an order with Jellyleaf Cannabis, you acknowledge and agree to the processing and shipping timelines outlined above.

We ship to all 50 states according to their local laws and regulations.
Delivery times and fees may vary based on location and shipping method.
JellyLeaf  is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage to products once they leave our facility.
